Questions in Advanced and Premium versions of the app are getting deeper and deeper into clarifying your goal and which is the right way for you to achieve it. Our advise is to think on every single question and to be honest with yourself. Pay attention and to our section with tips that will guide you.

Wheel of Life

 

The Wheel of Life is a powerful tool that helps you to take a look into areas in your life that are important for you in terms of fulfillment.

 

At the first stage you are choosing areas in your life which are important for you at the moment. It is recommended to choose 8 of them.

 

In stage 2 you score how satisfied you are in each area of the wheel at the moment on a scale from 1 to 10 and then in stage 3 score how satisfied you would like to be in each area of the wheel on a scale from 1 to 10.

 

The 4th stage is to choose to focus on up to 3 areas of your life that you want to improve and answer the question: What do you like to achieve in the area “X” to raise the score at “Y” (desired one)?

 

Once you have this information you can set goals according to it.

To create this app we have passed trough hundreds of hours reading and trainings and we want to give you the essence so you can fully take advantage of Goal Hunter.

 

Please take time and read the tips while or before creating your goals. We’ve created them specially for you. They will help you to set your goals in the right way and to reach them.

Diary

The Diary could be very useful tool. Via journaling you can organize your thoughts, ideas, notes, emotions and more. It helps to become more aware of ourselves, to become better in time management, to release the stress, to increase the control of our emotions, to reduce the procrastination, to evaluate our experience – the things that we do well, the things that we need to improve, the things that we are thankful for and more.

 

GoalTribe Guru have two kinds of Diary. The first one is Diary of the goal*. In each goal you have section with diary that will help you in the way of achieving your goal. It is recommended to fill it once per week to monitoring the progress of your goal and to make adjustments if it is needed. Goal Diary could prevent you from self-sabotaging, too.

 

The second Diary** is the place where you can add your notes, your ideas, gratitudes, emotions and affirmations. The section of emotions is specially designed for you to increase your self-awareness and emotion management. Section with affirmation also have a special design where you can build your own affirmation or to pull out from the ones that we prepared for you.

Meditation

 

Meditation is a very powerful tool. Meditation helps us to be more focused, to work on our goals, to increase our self-awareness, to visualize our goals, to work on our confidence, to reduce the stress, to become more aware of our emotions. We created two separate sections for meditation.

 

The first section is with music for meditation*. You can listen to the tracks while you meditate. You will be able to choose from variety of music – ambient music, binaural beats, Zen music, sleep music, Tibetan singing bowls, 60 beats per minute and more.

 

The second section is with guided meditations**. In this section we prepared a guided meditations for goal setting, relieving stress, mindfulness for anxiety and stress, self-love meditation and much more.
